We join Alisha in this scene as she is wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and a diaper.  Briefly, she discusses why she enjoys wearing diapers before taking off her pants and showing off the pull-on style diaper she is wearing.  After showing off, she proceeds to pee in her diaper.  We can see it grow bulky as it soaks up her pee.  Eventually it overflows, with a visible stream escaping and splattering on the floor.
