You’re likely familiar with the concept of having ’emergency’ items available, in the case of unexpected circumstances.  For example, you may keep an emergency set of batteries for your flashlight.  One emergency item that Alisha has on hand is an emergency diaper, just in case she really needs to go, but the bathroom is unavailable.  In this scene, Alisha ends up having to use her emergency diaper.
