Desperate to pee, Sosha rushed to the bathroom, but Alisha thinks that Sosha should use their diaper instead.

In this scene Sosha tries to use the toilet, but is blocked by Alisha who wants to see Sosha pee in their diaper.  Alisha teases Sosha and pokes at their bladder until Sosha finally gives in and pees.  Afterwards, Alisha inspects Sosha’s wet diaper before letting Sosha go and clean up.
